Open My Apps and select the bundle ecosystem to manage its one subscription, selected bundles, effective plans, renewal, pending change, economic history, workspaces, and setup guide. Only the ecosystem owner can make commercial or activation changes.
Set up the included apps
Select Set up bundle for an active workspace. The guide:
- explains the purpose and included plan of each app;
- keeps team access Owner-only by default;
- links to the existing per-app team and native-client controls;
- orders tasks that depend on earlier work;
- checks supported app state automatically; and
- lets you pause, resume, defer, or reopen manual tasks without changing the subscription.
Setup progress belongs to that bundle contract and workspace. Pausing the guide does not suspend access or billing.
Give your team access
Bundle activation makes the complete app set available to the workspace, but it does not grant every member access. Use each app's Plan, team & downloads controls to grant or revoke its module-specific roles. One app's team list does not change another app's list.
Add or replace a bundle selection
Choose a target bundle from the management page and review a fresh Stripe quote. The quote combines it with your existing selections, counts shared apps once, and shows any shared-component discount or eligible lifetime credit. A change that retains every current app at the same or a higher plan may apply after immediate provider confirmation. A change that removes an app, lowers a plan, or changes billing interval is scheduled for the period boundary. Current access remains in place until then.
The before/after table is the authoritative explanation of app fallbacks. Do not assume that a lower-priced product is automatically a downgrade or that a higher price automatically includes more app access.
Upgrade one app without leaving the bundle
Open that app's plan page while the bundle is active. Plans below the one included by the bundle are disabled because choosing them would remove features without lowering the bundle price. Select a higher compatible plan to review a quote that shows the exact amount due today, the new recurring total, and the unchanged renewal date. Stripe charges only the prorated app upgrade for the time left in the current cycle. The higher plan becomes available after payment confirmation; every other bundle app remains active.
You can later choose a lower plan only as far as the plan originally included by the bundle. That change waits until the next renewal, so you keep the current features for the paid period and receive no immediate refund. Moving below the included plan requires changing or cancelling the bundle.
A platform administrator may grant a higher plan to one bundled app as an administrative courtesy. The plan page identifies that state clearly: it costs nothing extra, does not change your bundle price or renewal date, and cannot be changed through self-service. The administrator changes or removes it from your platform-user record while selecting the workspace that contains the bundle. Selecting the exact included plan removes the grant immediately; selecting another compatible plan above that floor replaces it immediately. No one can use this action to move the app below the included plan, and an administrator cannot overwrite a bundle upgrade that you are already paying for.
Change from a bundle to one individual app
This is a whole-bundle change, not a partial cancellation. Review the target individual plan and the fallback shown for every other included app. The change waits for the period boundary; the existing bundle is not cancelled first.
Remove one selected bundle
Each selected bundle has its own Remove action. The confirmation identifies the selection being removed, the selections that remain, the new recurring price, and every app-level result. An app shared by another remaining selection stays covered. Otherwise it falls back to a valid direct or lifetime entitlement, an available Free plan, or deactivation as shown.
The removal waits for the period boundary and can be resumed before it applies. Removing the final selection is different: it schedules cancellation of the whole ecosystem subscription.
Cancel or resume
Cancellation, including removal of the final selection, is scheduled for the end of the paid period. All included apps keep their bundle access until that boundary, and app data is not deleted. Before the boundary, Resume reverses the scheduled cancellation when Stripe still permits it.
When the cancellation applies, each app returns to an existing valid direct entitlement, an available Free plan, or deactivation exactly as shown in the confirmation. Data remains subject to the normal retention and account- deletion rules. The unused part of the current period is not refunded except where the Refund Policy says otherwise.
Payment failure and recovery
A failed renewal suspends bundle-derived paid access as one unit; it does not silently keep only some paid apps active. After Stripe confirms recovery, the same revision and complete entitlement set are restored. Check your billing email and contact billing@zendrhax.com if the provider still shows an unresolved payment.
If a change appears stuck
Do not start a competing purchase. Refresh the bundle management page and contact support@zendrhax.com with the time of the attempt and the bundle name. Never send card details, passwords, or full payment-method numbers by email.
