Your password protects every workspace you belong to. If you suspect it's been seen by someone else, change it immediately.
From inside the platform
- Open
/settings. - Scroll to Change password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice. The new password must be at least 8 characters.
- Click Save.
A few important behaviour notes:
- Changing your password does not automatically sign out your other sessions today. If you suspect another device is on your account, use Revoke all other sessions under Active sessions in the same page — see Active sessions.
- The current session (the browser you're using) keeps working with the new password.
If you forgot your password
- On the sign-in page click Forgot password?.
- Type your email and submit.
- We email you a one-use reset link. The link is valid for 5 minutes — request a new one if it expires before you click it.
- Click the link, set a new password, sign in.
If the email never arrives:
- Check spam / promotions.
- Make sure the email is exactly the one you registered with.
- Some corporate mail servers (Outlook 365 especially) delay these messages a few minutes.
If you've moved on from the email address entirely (it was a work account at a company you left), write to support@zendrhax.com with as much identifying detail as possible and we'll work through the recovery options.
Choosing a strong password
The platform enforces a minimum of 8 characters. That's a floor, not a goal:
- Unique — never reuse the password from another service.
- Long — a 16-character passphrase is much stronger than a 9-character "Pa55word!".
- Stored in a password manager — Bitwarden, 1Password, your browser's built-in vault. All beat memorising.
If you're a workspace Owner or Admin, also consider enabling two-factor authentication (next article). It's the single biggest upgrade to your account's security.
