Your first workspace

A workspace is the team-level container that holds your data on Zendrhax. When you registered, the platform created one for you automatically and named it after the Company Name you entered.

You can belong to several workspaces under one account, and your plan decides how many of them you can own at the same time:

Your planWorkspaces you can own
Free1
Starter3
Pro10
Enterpriseunlimited

Belonging to a workspace you do not own does not count against this cap — only ownership does.

#Where to find your workspace

The active workspace name shows up in the profile menu (click your avatar top-right). The menu also has shortcuts to:

  • Settings — /settings.
  • Create workspace — /workspace/create.
  • Manage workspaces — opens the picker at /workspace/select.

When you belong to more than one workspace, a small Switch ⇄ link appears next to the current workspace name in that menu.

#What you can configure

Settings live in two places today:

  • /settings — your profile (name, email, password, 2FA, language, theme), notification preferences, and the action buttons to leave or delete workspaces.
  • The workspace's name is set when the workspace is created. Renaming from the UI is not yet implemented — write to support@zendrhax.com if you need it renamed.

#Roles inside a workspace

Workspace membership uses two roles today:

  • Admin — can invite, edit, and remove other members, manage workspace-level settings, and grant access to apps that the workspace owns.
  • User — standard member. Can use the apps they have been granted access to.

There is one Owner per workspace — the user the platform recognises as the registered owner. Owner is not a role you assign — it's an implicit attribute of the user who created the workspace (or who took over via support).

Only the Owner can:

  • Activate new apps on the workspace.
  • Grant or revoke access to an app for other members.
  • Delete the workspace.
  • Connect a Stripe account for the workspace.
Transferring ownership to another member is not yet available in the UI. If you need to hand off a workspace, write to support@zendrhax.com.

#Creating additional workspaces

  1. Open the profile menu (avatar top-right) → Create workspace.
  2. Pick a name.
  3. Confirm. The new workspace starts empty and you own it.

If you've hit your plan's workspace cap, the create page tells you the limit. Upgrade your current workspace's plan if you need more.

#Leaving a workspace

You can leave any workspace you do not own from the workspace picker (/workspace/select) — find the workspace and click Leave.

Leaving a workspace you own is blocked. The intended path is to delete the workspace or to ask support to transfer ownership.

#Deleting a workspace you own

Workspace deletion has strict pre-conditions — all of them must be true before the platform lets the action through:

  • The workspace has no other members — remove them from /users first.
  • It has no active billing subscriptions — cancel them from /billing first.
  • It has no active app activations — cancel each app on /my-apps.
  • It has no unresolved payment-recovery attempts (dunning) — wait for those to settle.
  • It does not have a Stripe Connect account attached — disconnect it first from /stripe/connect.

If any of those is still true, the Delete button refuses the action and tells you exactly which blocker is in the way.

When the conditions are clean, the Delete button lives under /settings. Clicking it asks for confirmation and then permanently removes the workspace and everything inside it. You stay signed in on one of the other workspaces you belong to.
