Workspaces are more useful when other people work in them with you.
Who can invite: any member with the Admin role (which includes the workspace Owner). Members with the User role cannot invite. Inviting also respects your plan's max users cap: Free 3, Starter 10, Pro 50, Enterprise unlimited.
Step-by-step
- Open
/userswhile inside the workspace you want to invite to. - Click Invite user.
- Fill in the invitee's Name, Email, and pick a Role: - Admin — full workspace administration. - User — standard member.
- Click Send invite.
There is no Operator or Viewer role at the workspace level — those exist only inside specific apps and are granted from /my-apps/{slug} after the Owner has activated the app.
What happens next
The invite flow depends on whether the email is already on the platform:
The email is already a Zendrhax user
- The user is added to your workspace immediately with the role you picked.
- We email them a workspace-invitation notification with a link to
/login. - On their next sign-in your workspace appears in their picker.
The email is brand new
- A user account is created in a Pending state.
- We email them an activation link (the same one new sign-ups receive).
- After they click the link, the account becomes active. They will not know their password — the platform sets a random one during invite. They need to use the Forgot password? link on the login screen to set a real password before they can sign in.
A smoother "set your password during activation" flow is on the roadmap.
Status badge
On /users each row shows a status dot:
- Active (green) — the user has clicked the activation link and can sign in.
- Pending (orange) — the activation link has not been clicked yet.
Resending an invitation
There is no Resend button in the UI today. If a team member says the email never arrived:
- Ask them to use Forgot password? with the same email. The reset link reaches them and setting a new password flips the account to Active.
- Or write to support@zendrhax.com and we'll resend manually.
Changing a member's role
- Open
/users. - Click Edit on the member's row.
- Pick the new role (Admin or User) and save.
Removing a member
- Open
/users. - Click Delete on the member's row.
- Confirm.
Deleting an Active member revokes their access to this workspace. The work they produced (invoices they created, audit entries) is kept; they can still sign into other workspaces they belong to.
Deleting a Pending invite removes the unactivated account row entirely — the activation link in their inbox will stop working.
Owner vs Admin reminder
The workspace Owner is implicit — the user the platform recognises as registered owner. There is one per workspace and ownership cannot be transferred from the UI today. Write to support@zendrhax.com if you need a transfer. See How workspaces work for the full picture.
