The Invoices app can create a Stripe Checkout link so your customer can pay an invoice online. You must connect a Stripe account first. The charge is created directly on that connected account, so the customer payment and the resulting balance belong to your Stripe account rather than Zendrhax's platform account.
Fees
Payments generated from Invoices carry no Zendrhax application fee. Online invoice payment links support two-decimal currencies; zero-decimal currencies are not enabled. Stripe may apply its own fees.
Stripe shows its own processing and other applicable deductions in your connected account. Zendrhax shows its application fee separately when Stripe returns that breakdown; any remaining provider deduction is labeled separately rather than attributed to either party.
The fee policy shown here is the policy currently applied to newly created Checkout sessions. A Checkout session that already exists keeps the fee terms captured when it was created; regenerate the payment link if you need a new session to use the current policy.
Online payment links currently support invoice currencies with two decimal places. The invoice can still be created in a zero-decimal currency, but Zendrhax won't create a Stripe Checkout link for it.
Access and control
Only the workspace owner can connect or disconnect Stripe. If Stripe Connect or invoice payment links are unavailable for the workspace plan, the app will not create a new online payment link.
Invoices settings let authorized users choose whether new invoices accept online payment by default. That value is copied into each new invoice, where it can be changed independently while the invoice is draft, sent, or overdue. Turning it off after sending expires the current Stripe Checkout Session first. The global Stripe Connect switch, rollout, and plan requirements always take priority over these customer preferences.
