You can select one or more app bundles. Together they form one ecosystem subscription, one recurring charge, one renewal date, and one cancellation decision. Each bundle remains visible as a selection, while the confirmation shows the single effective app-and-plan composition that Stripe will bill.
Who can buy a bundle
You must be signed in as the Owner of the selected workspace. The buyer owns the bundle contract, and the platform activates the complete included set in that workspace after Stripe confirms the subscription.
A bundle does not automatically give every workspace member access. The Owner grants team access separately inside each included app after activation.
If you select a bundle while signed out, or while working as a member in somebody else's workspace, Zendrhax keeps that exact bundle revision selected. The guided screen lets you choose a workspace you own or create your first one, then returns you to the bundle review. No quote or Stripe checkout is created until the platform verifies that you own the selected workspace.
Review the complete quote
Start at /bundles, choose a bundle, and select Review purchase. Before you leave for Stripe, the confirmation page shows:
- the amount Stripe says is due today;
- any provider credit and how it affects the transaction;
- the next recurring amount and renewal date;
- every selected bundle and every effective app plan before and after the change;
- the standard component value, shared-app discount, eligible lifetime credit, and resulting ecosystem price;
- any individual recurring subscription that will stop renewing after the bundle is confirmed;
- the fallback each app will use if the bundle later changes or ends; and
- whether the change is immediate or waits until the period boundary.
Quotes expire and belong only to the signed-in buyer, workspace, bundle revision, and currency shown. If the quote expires or the context changes, create a new quote instead of relying on the old totals.
One ecosystem, not duplicate app subscriptions
Selected bundles are composition choices inside one subscription. If two selections include Storefront or Reputation, the shared app is counted once at the highest applicable plan level. You can remove a selected bundle, but you cannot cancel an effective app plan independently from the selections that provide it. Ecosystem activation is atomic: the platform never activates only part of the confirmed effective app set.
Existing valid lifetime or manual app access remains as a fallback. Eligible lifetime ownership can also reduce the recurring component it already covers; manual, Free, and trial access does not create a monetary discount. Existing recurring app renewals are not stopped before the target bundle is confirmed, which avoids cancelling working access before the replacement exists. The confirmation table shows the end date for each recurring app subscription that the bundle will replace; that separate subscription remains billed through its current period and does not renew again after that date.
Billing, credits, and refunds
Stripe supplies the payable and renewal totals. A provider credit may reduce the current invoice or stay on your Stripe customer balance; it is not automatically a cash refund. Read the Terms of Service and Refund Policy before confirming.
The success page after Stripe is informational. Access begins only when a verified Stripe event confirms an active or trialing bundle subscription. If confirmation is still pending, keep the browser page and check My Apps again after the provider finishes processing.
After confirmation
Open My Apps to see the single ecosystem contract, selected bundles, renewal state, effective apps, economic history, and active workspaces. Use Set up bundle to open the resumable setup guide for the selected workspace.
